Dr. Richard C. Kaufman, B.S., M.S., Ph.D.
Co-Founder, Chief Science Officer

Dr. Kaufman is the previous co-director of the Center for Biogerontology Life Extension Medical Clinic, he is also Director of the First Fitness Nutrition International Scientific and Medical Advisory Board, Dr. Richard Kaufman is a distinguished scientist, highly-respected researcher, and product developer. He has particular expertise in weight management, anti-aging, nutraceuticals, fitness, wellness, and delivery system nanobiotechnology. His patents on BioMagnetic Resonating Technology and in other healthcare related areas have distinguished him as a leader in the medical discovery world. He is the inventor of the proprietary Evolve Formulas. His Ph.D. in BioNutritional Chemistry from the University of Brussels has led him to a track record of excellence in superior product formulation, the authorship of best-selling books in the field, including The Age Reduction System (1986) on anti-aging, and helping people lead happier, healthier lives.


Terry Grossman, M.D. 
Co-Founder and Chief Medical Director

Dr. Grossman is the founder and medical director of the Grossman Wellness Center in Denver, Colorado. He is also the International Medical Director of Vitallife Wellness Center, the wellness division of Bumrungrad Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand, one of the largest centers for medical tourism in the world. He specializes in nutritional medicine, the treatment of illness with nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and natural hormones, and antiaging medicine. Dr. Grossman is a widely sought lecturer on nutrition and preventative medicine throughout the United States and has presented keynote addresses worldwide. He is the author of the Baby Boomers’ Guide to Living Forever (2000), and coauthor with the head of engineering at Google, Ray Kurzweil, of the best seller, Fantastic Voyage (2004), and TRANSCEND: Nine Steps to Living Well Forever (2010).

David J. Bretzlauf

David Bretzlauf is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 40 years of experience in public accounting specializing in accounting and income tax preparation, including business and tax advice for individuals and small to medium size businesses. Mr. Bretzlauf started his career with a national accounting firm. For the last thirty-five years, he managed his own local accounting firm. He is currently employed by Zarlengo Raub LLP. Mr. Bretzlauf received a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Denver.

David Sutton

David Sutton received his MBA in finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.  He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado. Mr. Sutton’s focus has been business design and strategy, assisting several start-up companies in business planning, and capital development. He previously consulted for CeeLite Technologies, an innovator and developer of new lighting sources. During his time there Mr. Sutton engaged the company in licensing negotiations with Apple for their use of CeeLite’s technology in Apple products. 

Kate Wells
VP of Marketing & Sales

With both an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, Kate has been working in the marketing/design/creative/ industry for the last 15 years. Her experience is as broad as her talents – she has worked in finance, film, fashion, non-profits, events, and even motorsports. She specializes in brand building, creative direction, marketing initiatives, public relations, media planning, event production, client relations, and out-of-the-box strategic thinking. Kate's work has been featured in over 26 national and international publications such as: The New York Times, The Denver Post, 5280 Magazine, Teen Vogue, Japan Vogue, SELF Magazine, Real Simple Magazine, WWD, Shape Magazine, and many more. In the media, her work has been featured on 9News, Fox 31, CW 2, E! News, CBS’s Early Show, etc. She has received several prestigious awards from the design industry, including an award from the International Design Magazine in their Annual Design Review (America’s oldest and most prestigious juried design-recognition program). Kate has a communications degree from the University of Colorado and has earned a certificate in Basic Cuisine and Wine from the Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France.
